I was topside on the Pulaski when it occured. I was a linehandler and no one sounded the collision alarm. I was on the offgoing crew, so we missed the drydock period.

I was aboard the USS Daniel Boone when we met in the river, topside line 5. After the tug failed to keep us upstream we ended up backing down the side of the Pulaski with our screw. Both boats when to the floating drydock for repairs.

I proudly served on CP from 68-73, made 3 patrols out of Rota on the Blue crew, went through conversion to Poseidon at EB, then did 4 more patrols out of Holy Loch on the Gold crew. TM2-(SS).

Hi Jim. I was on Gold Crew with you in the early 70s and want to personally thank you for sharing Christ with me back then. He became my Lord and Savior in 1981 while serving on recruiting in WI. God's word does not return void. Please forgive me for my treatment of you all those years ago. God is good ALL THE TIME. ETCS(SS) Michael Groves.

I was on the Daniel Boone the day we "walked our Screw" across the towed array of the Kasmir Pulaski. Our Captain, CM Wood, coincidentally was transferred to be your captain. I, however, was on the gold crew and was off to Charleston for the off crew.

I served on the Gold Crew from 1975 to 1978. If anyone else served during that time, I would love to hear from you.
